Lookups

When editing an activity, the user, filling in the fields, can select lookups. In the screenshot we see the editing window for the Add Item activity. When the user tips the mouse cursor over the paperclip icon, an information about the possibility to add or edit a lookup is displayed.

When the user clicks on the paperclip icon (marked in green boxes), he will be redirected to the so-called Tree of lookups.

As you can see in the following screenshot, the lookups are arranged in several groups:

  2. Workflow Variables
  3. Workflow Data
  4. Connectors
  5. Functions
  6. Microsoft 365
