Manage apps ​

If you selected the option "Enable this app and add it to all sites" for app availability, UI extension icons will be automatically added to each list. We recommend this option. However, if you choose the "Only enable this app" option, you will need to manually add the app to make the Datapolis Workbox icon visible. If you wish to apply UI Extensions to all sites after initial deployment, please navigate to your tenant app catalog: https://{YOUR_TENANT}-admin.sharepoint.com/_layouts/15/tenantAppCatalog.aspx Select Datapolis Workflow UI Extensions and click Add to all sites:

Alternatively, if you want to add it manually, please open Site Contents on the site that you want to edit, and select New -> App -> From my organization -> Add.
